Little Miss Chatterblog

So, I have defected to Blogger. Although I chose to go with WordPress originally - because I like words (duh!) - I really wasn't that happy with the layout I had and the fact that I couldn't really do much to make it MINE. I'm very big on customising my online presences to make them scream EMMA'S!!! - so I decided to wander over here. Plus, by virtue of the fact that I have a Gmail account, I just signed straight in. Sweet.

I have fallen behind my own schedule, mainly because I have decided not to do this at work. Why, you ask? Because after last week getting all excited about South Parking myself, I then ended up South Parking virtually everyone else within the vicinity, which meant I got a TEENSY bit distracted, which means The Powers That Be may not have been all that impressed at that fact. Gosh, how unusual. ;-) Anyway, in the name of productivity, I am doing it on my own time...I suspect getting the work done that I'm actually PAID to do will probably go over a little better. ;-)

Now, having decided to customise my blog here, I went in search of decent ones...and I found one which had cats, but there was no code for it - very helpful indeed!

Then I found another - a gothic-type one for those of us born under the Aries astrological sign - but when I previewed it, it had bollocksed up my previous posts. So I guess, for now, I will keep looking for the perfect one for me. God, that's the bloody story of my life!!!

Anyway, gotten carried away again...I wanted to be in bed about a quarter of an hour ago. Still have to make lunch, too. Gah. No wonder I get all distracted...THIS is why I'm not doing it at work! :-S

Hopefully I will do some ACTUAL 2.0 work in the next post.
